The oysters are grown in the Bay of Fangar, in the Ebro Delta. The waters bring unique qualities to our oysters. Its high rate of meat and its delicately vegetal flavorwill satisfy the most demanding palates.
An special oyster is the oyster which comes from selected seeds, which its perfect shape, its delicate flavor and texture and its high rate of meat gets all the parameters to be a special oyster.
To get our SPECIAL oyster, first we carefullyselect the seed, using the most artisan sowing process in the beds of the Ebro delta, and then we use the most careful and appropriate harvesting to preserve the freshness of our oysters.
Oysters have varied nutritional properties: they are rich in vitamin B12, zinc, iodine, iron, and have very few calories. They has also revitalizing properties.
